Our Staff
Dr. Sagner is the founding Director of the European Society of Preventive Medicine and Editor-in-Chief of Progress in Preventive Medicine. He is an External Advisory Board Member of Ageing Research at King’s College London. He was formerly Director of Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine at University of Hamburg Medical Center and currently specialises in sports and preventive medicine.
Prof Puska was the former Director General of the National Institute for Health and Welfare and Member of Parliament, Finland. He was previously Chancellor of the University of Turku and President of the World Heart Federation and the International Association of National Public Health Institutes.
Dr Richard Siow is an Elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology and European Society of Preventive Medicine. He was formerly Vice-Dean (International) of the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, currently Director of Ageing Research at King’s College London and Visiting Senior Academic in the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics, University of Oxford.

Natalie has a BSc (First Class) in Neuroscience (University of Leeds) and MSc (Distinction) in Microbiome in Health and Disease (King’s College London). She has extensive experience in writing about research in healthy ageing, longevity and preventive medicine.
